For an international organization based in Alphen aan den Rijn, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that orders, quotations, and customer inquiries are processed smoothly and accurately. You will communicate daily with customers, sales, purchasing, and other internal departments to keep operations running efficiently. You know how to maintain oversight, think proactively in solving problems, and ensure customers feel heard and supported. You will join a dynamic international working environment where collaboration, development, and service are key.

Wat wij vragen
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or an administrative role
- Experience with ERP systems is considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Accurate, independent, and able to prioritize effectively
