As an inside sales representative, you are responsible for the entire order process, from quotation to delivery and aftercare. You will work 40 hours per week, partly from home and partly in the office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and further develop yourself through various (online) trainings. The position is long-term, where your commitment and initiative directly contribute to the team's success.
You start your working day by processing incoming orders and answering customer inquiries. Throughout the day, you maintain contact with customers and colleagues both domestically and internationally, coordinate prices and deliveries, and efficiently handle quotes and claims. With your commercial insight and accuracy, you ensure a smooth order flow and satisfied customers as an inside sales representative.

Wat wij vragen
- 1 or 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of both English and German, spoken and written (English and German is a must)
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems and order processing
- Commercial and customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and able to work accurately
