DescriptionAs a welder reinforcement steel, you’ll join a company producing prefab concrete elements. Your main tasks include:
- Reading technical drawings
- Cutting and grinding steel wire to size
- Welding steel according to the drawing (spot welding)
You’ll work full-time in 8-hour shifts, starting between 5:00 and 7:00 am. If you don’t have welding experience but can read technical drawings, we’ll teach you how to weld on the job.

Requirements- A hands-on mentality
- Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn
- Ability to spot weld or willingness to learn
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical position
- Physically healthy
- Able to get to the work location independently
- Able to speak Dutch
- Salary between €3033 and €3300 gross per month, depending on experience
- 32 vacation days
- 8% holiday allowance
- Temporary commuting allowance of €0.25 per kilometer
